Strategic Planning

The MarketWorks approach to Strategic Planning is situational -- it takes into accout each client's specific history, culture, leadership, products, size, and position in the marketplace. MarketWorks begins with an informational meeting, followed by a custom-designed questionnaire to be completed by all key stakeholders to determine each leader's perspectives, vision and goals. The planning is based on objective setting for both short an dlong term.

That's not all. Experiential exercises included throughout the process enable each person to engage in the planning model in a way that best meets his or her leadership/management skills. As a result, the plan is a collaborative document, complete with grass-roots support for the plan -- enhancing the opportunity for short and long term success.

  • Organizational Planning: 1 year tactical plans
  • Long-term Strategic Planning: 3 to 5 year plans
  • Marketing Planning: tactical development of marketing strategies and results
  • Success Profiles: competency identification for all positions for better career planning
